Pre-Approval

  • Submit pre-approval application
  • Schedule a call (either zoom or phone) for a consultation with me through this online calendar
  • Monitor your email for a detailed list of required documentation
  • Gather all documentation from the list in a timely manner
  • Scan/email, fax or simply drop-off a copy of the gathered documentation
  • Documentation reviewed to confirm details in application
  • Application run through automated underwriting (DU)
  • Pre-Approval letter issued

  • Application disclosures emailed to you via DocuSign
  • Click the emailed link to review, sign and submit the disclosures

Application

Processing

  • Obtain full appraisal of the subject property
  • Lender to review appraisal for concerns or required repairs
  • Once cleared by lender, appraisal contingency can be waived
  • Important to complete by appraisal contingency date of contract
  • Sellers dictate title company for title report and settlement agent
  • Obtain a clear title report once the title search is completed
  • Out-dated or expired documentation
  • Newly anticipated documentation as a result of the property valuation or title report findings

  • Contact me directly if any questions or concerns
  • Watch for one final email; detailing the closing location, date, time, and what to bring with you
  • Commence closing, signing entire closing package with a notary
